Ready to Shred 10

When you live the Shred 10 life doing food prep is so easy. I haven’t even been to the store yet.

Complete chia pudding made

Complete shake ready

Cucumbers cut

Celery cut

Chic pea salad made

Lettuce cut and ready for salads

Butternut squash curry soup made

We already had apples and fruit in the fridge.

Still need a few things but we are ready to hit this Shred tomorrow hard and we will be able to stay on track.
