Consistency is the key

Consistency is the key.

When trying anything new you have to be consistent to see results.

There is no magic pill or formula to get you to your health goals quickly. It takes time. Work. Patience and Consistency.

There are 4 basic things that will help you reach your goal. We call them the Core4

1. Eat Whole Foods. Adding juice plus has helped you there. You want to eat as many things each day that are whole, fresh, raw, non processed. You need the nutrition. Your body need the food to heal and rejuvenate.

2. Drink more water. If you are dehydrated you won’t see the results you are looking for. You won’t feel good. Water flushes toxins out. It keeps your body happy.

3. Moving with a purpose. At least 30 minutes of some kind of cardio. Walking. Swimming. Running. Treadmill. Elliptical. Walk the dog. Wash the car. Anything that gets you moving and gets your heart pumping. Exercise has many good side-effects. It helps with energy. It helps with weight loss. It helps with sleep problems.

4. Sleep. It’s important that you get the right amount of sleep each night. When you sleep your body repairs its self. It prepares for the next day. But if you’re depriving your body of that much needed sleep you will take that opportunity away from your body.

It really does take all 4 things done consistently to see results. It won’t happen over night. But if you are consistent I promise you will see the results you seek.
